Frank is the Engineering/Surveying Technician at Coffey Engineering & Surveying, LLC. He has experience as a survey rodman, a rod and chain technician, a heavy mobile equipment mechanic and operator, a concrete finisher, and in ASTM sample testing of concrete and masonry.Frank
supports all Coffey crews, and measures his happiness
by the
amount of mud on his boots after a good day in the field.
Frank received his Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1 certification from the American Concrete Institute, has Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) certification, and has taken hazmat first-responder training. Frank can often be found behind the wheel of the local food bank truck making sure his community never goes hungry.
